For the third year, the Kazickas Family Foundation is implementing its STEM Scholarship Program, supporting talented Lithuanians pursuing studies in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics at universities abroad.
On August 16, a Kazickas Family Sacred Music Hours concert was held at St. Casimir’s Church in Vilnius to commemorate the 85th wedding anniversary of the late Alexandra and Dr. Joseph P. Kazickas.
On August 15, 1941, Alexandra and Dr. Joseph P. Kazickas were married in Vilnius.
The Kazickas Family Foundation supports youth activities organized by the Lithuanian Province of the Congregation of the Sisters Servants of the Immaculate Virgin Mary.
On August 2, the 80th Lithuanian Summer Festival took place in Putnam – a long-standing tradition that brings the Lithuanian community together each year, celebrating culture, faith, and the enduring connection to Lithuania.
The LT Big Brother event, “Philanthropy in Lithuania,” brought together 40 members of the community for a meaningful conversation about philanthropy, its importance, and the impact it creates.
